How can I take part in the QS system?
Participation via a coordinator
The coordinator organises participation of farms and registers these with QS. The farmer concludes a written agreement with the coordinator for the participation in the QS system and issues a letter of authority. The coordinator supports the farm manager in the preparation of the audit and provides information about the QS system. The coordinator also ensures neutral monitoring. This means: They organise a QS authorised certification body to carry out an audit on the farms. In the event of deviations, corrective measures are defined for a timely follow-up audit. The deviations that were found must be eliminated on time. If necessary, the coordinator arranges professional consultation. Each farmer is free to select the coordinator they wish to work with.
