Feed sector
Every company in the food chain is both the addressee and sender of quality requirements. Animal feed, both individual as well as mixed feed, is the starting point for the production of high-quality foodstuffs of animal origin. The process of manufacturing animal feed must thus correspond to traceable, product-specific criteria and quality standards. If the input is of a low quality, then the output will not be good. This makes it even more important for QS to become involved at the earliest stage of the food chain as possible. Thus, manufacturers of animal feed must be aware that they are the foundation on which QS is built. They are extremely important.
