Participation
For system partners
Companies that are already system partners use the QS software platform to add trade, production type transport or storage and handling of QS animal feed into in their own location data. The new additional activity will either be tested in the next system audit, or within the framework of a separate check.
For system aspirants
System aspirants register the company in the QS system using the QS software platform and via the "New registration" button. The company will receive a confirmation of registration and their access data for the QS software platform. As a new system partner, the company must be audited successfully. QS audits may only be carried out by QS authorised certification bodies. These are published under the "Certification bodies and laboratories" menu item. After contractual incorporation via QS, the company will be authorised.
For importers
Importers of foreign individual animal feeds are able to acquire a supply authorisation for QS capable imported animal feed via the QS recognition process. The QS recognition process enables importers to participate in the system step-by-step. The recognition contains, among other things, the registration on the QS software platform, specification of the certified standard, specifications regarding the product range, specifications regarding the origins of the imported individual animal feed as well as the presentation of a QS recognised monitoring plan for imported individual animal feed and proof of implementation,
More information about the recognition as QS importer can be found in the application documentation. QS recognised importers are authorised according to product, and alongside the publication in the QS software platform, are also published in an additional list.
The participation in the QS system requires the QS system partners to pay a system fee. The level of the system fee is based on the fee order. This can be requested from the QS head office.
Für die Teilnahme am QS-System entrichten die QS-Systempartner eine Systemgebühr. Die Höhe der Systemgebühr richtet sich nach der Gebührenordnung. Diese kann bei der QS-Geschäftsstelle angefordert werden.
