Requirements for food retail

The food retail industry is the interface to the consumer and has made a significant contribution to the expansion and the success of the QS system. With their participation in the QS system, the food retail industry is obliged to establish own professional monitoring and documenting system within the individual branches. It is also the task of the food retail industry to school their staff with a view to the contents of the QS system manual in the form of regular training sessions.
