Participation
Companies in the butchery sector are incorporated into the QS system by QS authorised coordinators. Coordinators are organisations that unite the companies in the QS system and serve as contact partner to them. The coordinator becomes a system partner in the QS system. The companies in the butchery sector conclude a written agreement with the coordinator on the basis of which the coordinator registers the company for participation in the QS system. The coordinator ensures the implementation of neutral monitoring of the company and is, among other things, responsible for the use of the QS mark.
