Requirements for the butchery sector
The butchery sector represents the personal contact with the customer. With the cross-stage quality assurance in the QS system, additional trust in the manufacturing process can be established. Participation in the QS system means that the butchery sector profits not only from the services provided by the stages that take place prior to it, but also by the implementation of the company own monitoring processes and the maintenance of the stage-relevant QS criteria, they also make a contribution towards the manufacture of safe foodstuffs.
