Requirements for meat processing companies

Meat processing companies also take part in the QS system. With own company monitoring processes, the basis for the three-stage QS mentoring system, as well as the neutral monitoring, they contribute towards the securing of processes and origins in the QS system. QS creates trust in the product and trust in the producer. All requirements for the processing/butchery stage are described in detail in the Processing - Meat and meat products guideline.
