System agreement/Use of the QS test mark
Only when the test report of the initial audit has been entered into the central QS software platform and is available to QS, will the system aspirant received a system contract. Both copies of the system contract must be signed and returned to QS. As soon as QS has the signed contracts, the registered company is listed as system partner on the QS software platform QS notifies the certification body employed by the system partner so that a certificate can be issued. With the conclusion of the system contract, the system partner is authorised to use the QS mark. In order to ensure the uniform use and thus to ensure the recognisability of the QS mark, the QS mark may only be used in accordance with the specifications of the system contract and the design catalogue.
