With the participation in the QS scheme, a wholesaler is obliged to fulfill certain requirements. Their maintenance is examined in independent inspections. An essential criteria is, for example, the maintenance of an self-assessment and documentation system.
Further system requirements include:
- Unique identification of QS goods with batch/lot numbers and the accompanying documentation.
- Complete traceability must be ensured.
- Participation in the QS residue monitoring program is obligatory.
