Fruit, vegetables and potatoes

The QS-Fachgesellschaft Obst, Gemüse, Kartoffeln GmbH covers all production stages for fresh fruit, vegetables and potatoes from the production through to wholesale and retail. This QS sector was founded in 2004 in order to meet the special requirements with regard to quality assurance in farming and marketing. Representatives of all stages of the production and wholesale industries as well as the food retailers come together in the committee to commonly determine the contents of the QS scheme.
