Trustworthy: The QS scheme

The QS scheme is a cross-stage and cross-company quality assurance scheme for the production, processing and marketing of foodstuffs. Created in 2001 for meat and meat products, it was expanded in 2004 to include fruit, vegetables and potatoes.
