Meat and Meat Products: This is new in 2017
The aim of the annual revision is not only the continuous improvement of process safety but also the creation of more practice-oriented QS-requirements. The guidelines are contentually and editorially revised and adjusted to new legal requirements. Together with experts from science and economy, committees confer the necessary adjustments in order to eliminate sources of error and to further clarify the guidelines.
