Service providers ensuring a safe purchasing chain

In the QS scheme, coordinators are the contact points for farmers, animal transporters, food retailers and animal feed manufacturers. A coordinator forms the link between interested parties and QS. They enable small, independent companies, in particular, to participate in the QS scheme.

The coordinators organise the procedure of independent inspections in the companies that they are in charge of and arrange their participation in the obligatory monitoring programmes.
