Spring issue of QS-Report Meat and Meat Products published
The new issue of the QS-Report Meat and Meat Products is now available in our media catalogue on the QS company website.
The Corona crisis poses great challenges to society and the economy and does not stop at national or industry borders. Nevertheless, in this issue of the QS-Report, we also look at other current topics from these days. In an interview with Georg Kirchmaier, head of animal production at Süddeutsche Truthahn AG, we talked about the first practical experiences with the extended requirements for catching crews, in the course of the 2020 revision. In addition, an animal health database is about ready to be launched, which for the first time aims to link and jointly evaluate data from the monitoring of antibiotics, salmonella and diagnostic findings with the audit indices.
