We are pleased to present you the current issue of the QS-Report Meat and Meat Products.
Our focus in this report is the phasing out of the piglet castration without anesthesia until the end of 2018. We also take stock after three years of QS antibiotics monitoring. Other topics are: data security in the QS scheme, ad-hoc-monitoring for feed and even more.
In addition, the insert of this issue provides an overview in numbers of the performance of the QS scheme and its participants in 2015.
