QS-Report Meat and Meat Products (01/2020)

Dear Ladies and Gentleman,

The Corona crisis poses great challenges to society and the economy and does not stop at national or industry borders. Besides all the uncertainties and the crisis reports of the past weeks, in this issue of the QS-Report we look to the future and introduce the QS Academy, our new knowledge portal for all aspects of fresh food. In addition, an animal health database is about to be launched, which for the first time aims to link and jointly evaluate data from antibiotics, salmonella and diagnostic data monitoring with the audit indices.

As usual, the spring issue includes an insert with facts and figures on scheme participants, audits and our monitoring programmes for 2019.
