Coordinators: pioneers and companions
The coordinators are the first point of contact for producing businesses. They act as the interface between the businesses and QS, and they answer all questions related to the QS scheme.
Coordinators provide effective support for their businesses: they enter the master data in the QS database and ensure that the independent inspections take place in the businesses in a timely manner. They also organise the residue monitoring for the producing businesses.
You can find the documents for your participation in the QS scheme here:
Becoming a coordinator in the QS scheme
Any natural or legal entity can become a coordinator. Producers' associations or federations, regional organisations, agencies (fruit and vegetables), consulting providers or storage, processing and marketing businesses are eligible to become coordinators in the QS scheme.
If you would like to become a coordinator, then register via the QS database, where you can also choose a certification body to perform the audit on your premises.
